Conference, Meeting, Teaching, and Training Rooms
- If teaching, work meetings, or training can be done remotely, meet remotely. Zoom and conference calls should be utilized in lieu of in-person meetings whenever possible, even if personnel are in the same building.
- If there is a compelling reason to meet in person, meet outside at an outdoor area (i.e., patios or picnic tables) maintaining the minimum 6-foot physical distancing.
- If meeting indoors is the only option, perhaps due to inclement weather or mobility issues, individuals can use mechanically-ventilated rooms only if the minimum 6-foot physical distancing can be consistently achieved for all individuals. For questions pertaining to space ventilation, contact your department’s facilities team or LBRE Zone Manager.
