Scheduling COVID-19 Testing

COVID-19 viral testing (nasal swab) will be available by appointment only for researchers who are currently working on campus — not for all Stanford employees.

  • Wednesday, August 5
  • Thursday, August 6
  • Wednesday, August 12
  • Thursday, August 13

Location and Instructions

Testing is located at 270 Galvez Street, Tent 4 (https://goo.gl/maps/xMqV56fzAFfZmh2a9)

Allow time for parking and walking to the site. Parking is not available in the tent lot, but is accessible on Galvez or Campus Drive

  • You will need to bring your Stanford University photo ID card with you
  • Please arrive for your appointment time 5 minutes prior to your appointment
  • Please do not enter the tent until instructed to do so by a staff member
  • Please wear a face covering and maintain 6 feet from those around you

Obtaining your COVID-19 Test Results

You will be informed via email of your results within ~2-7 days of the test; the lag time is dependent upon lab volume. Your results will also be stored and accessible in your Stanford Employee Health Portal at myohc.stanford.edu.
